A selection of pictures from the Monmouthshire canal with some parts being restored and some parts waiting for hopeful restoration, also with some sections still with boats navagating small sections that are now cut off from the main navigatable canal section between Pontymoile and Brecon.With so many scenic spots being cut off from the main working canal we thought it should be shown in the hope that one day all the sections will be reunited.
Although the now cut off spots are still being used for fishing cycling walking etc with some small area's running boats, it would be great to share these sections with the main working section sometime in the future.
